Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use rathly.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control. This statement took effect on October 11, 2026.
How we make the site accessible
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the site.
What we do
- One H1 per page and headings in order, so screen readers can move through each page
- Alt text on images that carry meaning, and empty alt text on decorative ones
- Text and diagram colors checked against the WCAG contrast ratio
- Labels on every form field, with errors announced to screen readers
- Animations that switch off when you ask your device to reduce motion
We test our page types with Lighthouse accessibility audits before release, and the pages we test score 100.
Known limits
Some features come from other companies, including Google Maps, YouTube videos and Cloudflare's form check. We load them only when you use them, but we can't fully control how accessible they are. Every office map has the address and phone number in plain text next to it.
Tell us about a problem
If something on the site is hard to use, please tell us. Call (321) 732-8258 in Orlando or (347) 918-2146 in New York, or use the contact form. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We reply the same or next business day and can send the information in another format while we fix it.
