Who we are

Rathly LLC runs this website and offers SEO, web design, paid ads and social media services. Our offices are at 111 N Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801, and 1177 6th Ave, New York, NY 10036.

What you send us in a form

Our forms ask for your website, what you need help with, your first and last name, email and phone. You can add your business name and a message too. You choose what to write, so please leave out anything sensitive.

What we record with a form

When you send a form, we record the page you sent it from and which form you used. If you tick the text message box, we record the time, the page and your IP address as proof of consent. If an ad or a link brought you here, we add the first page you visited and the site that sent you. We also add any campaign tags or ad click IDs from the address.

Cookies and browser storage

We use Google Analytics to count visits and learn which pages and campaigns bring inquiries. It loads after your first tap, scroll or key press. It sets first-party cookies whose names start with _ga to tell visits apart. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

We don't use advertising cookies. We also keep one item in your browser's local storage. It holds the first page you visited and how you arrived, and it reaches us only if you send a form. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Services that load only when you use them

Some features come from other companies and load only when you use them. Google Maps loads when you scroll to an office map. YouTube loads in its privacy-enhanced mode when you play a video. Cloudflare Turnstile loads when you start a form and checks that a person sent it. Each company handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

Form submissions go into Smarfle, the customer platform Rathly operates. We also rely on service providers to host the site, measure visits, check forms for bots and send email and texts. They may use the data only to provide those services to us. We share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Text messages

We text you only if you ticked the box that allows it, and the box starts unchecked. Our texts relate to your request, and how often we send them depends on that conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We never share mobile numbers or text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries while we discuss or provide services. After that, we keep them only as long as records, legal duties or disputes require. Ask us, and we'll delete what we no longer need to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can also stop texts at any time. Some states give you more rights, and we honor requests under those laws. Call either office or use the contact form, and we'll reply within the time the law allows.

Children

This site serves businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

We protect the data we hold with access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords or payment details through our forms.
