Match the button to the offer
| Offer | Button | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Book a visit or appointment | Book Now | A booking page or form |
| Get a price | Get Quote | A short quote form |
| Talk now | Call Now | A phone call |
| Ask a question | Send Message | A chat in Messenger or WhatsApp |
| Read more first | Learn More | A service or landing page |
Weak vs strong calls to action
- Learn More on every ad
- No reason to act now
- Vague next step
- Page asks for something else
- Button matches the offer
- A deadline or limited slots
- Says what happens next
- Page continues the same ask
Say what happens next
People hesitate when they do not know what comes after the click. "Get a quote in two minutes, no call needed" removes doubt. "We call within an hour" tells them to keep their phone close.
Keep the path consistent
If the ad says "Book Now," the next screen should show times, not a homepage. If the ad offers a free estimate, the form should say "free estimate" at the top. Every break in the path loses people.
Good example. A cleaning company's ad says "Book your first clean, see open times now," with a Book Now button that opens its calendar.
Bad example. A cleaning company's ad offers a discount with a Learn More button. It lands on the homepage with no mention of it.
Read where social ads should send traffic. Our Facebook and Instagram ads management matches every ad to its next step.
