The checklist
| Item | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Partner access | Lets the team post without sharing passwords |
| Brand assets | Logo, colors and fonts keep posts consistent |
| Offers and prices | Promotions need exact terms and dates |
| Service details | Accurate posts need real facts |
| Real photos and video | People trust real work over stock images |
| An approver | Quick approvals keep posts on schedule |
Photos and video that work
- Short clips of jobs in progress, filmed vertically
- Before and after shots from the same angle
- Team members at work, with their permission
- Customer moments, with written permission
- Quick answers to common questions, filmed on a phone
You do not need studio quality. A steady phone clip in good light usually beats a polished stock video.
Permissions to collect
Ask for written permission before you post customers or their homes. If a customer receives something in return for a testimonial, disclose it, as the FTC endorsement guides require. Health businesses need written patient authorization before sharing any patient story or photo.
Keep ownership
Add your agency as a partner in Meta Business Suite instead of sharing logins. Your business keeps ownership of every page, ad account and asset.
Good example. A roofing crew sends five job clips every Friday. The agency edits them, and posts go out all week.
Bad example. A roofing company sends nothing and asks the agency to "find something." Posts end up generic and slow.
