Keep details consistent
Use the same business name, phone, address and website on every profile, your website and your Google profile. Your website's organization markup can name these profiles as sameAs links. That helps Google connect them to your business.
Track profile results
- Tag profile links with UTM parameters.
- Watch profile visits, link taps and contact taps in insights.
- Count messages that start from the profile.
- Ask new customers which profile they saw.
Good example. A remodeler's bio names its service, city and license, with a quote link and pinned project videos. Profile taps turn into quote requests.
Bad example. A remodeler's bio says "Making dreams come true," with no city, link or contact button.
